It was so much fun collaborating with model Amy and Bic with the fabulous make-up and hair she did, for this photoshoot. It felt like playing dress-up, I think this shot with the afternoon sun and the shadows ads some mystery to it, that I like.

The Secret Garden

Glorious, Enchanting, Fairytale dresses have been featured in the online magazine Lividity

These dresses have been salvage to make then more spectacular than before. Mostly were torn and lifeless. I added new trimmings, hand made silk flowers, butterflies with Swarovski crystals and precious stones to add mystic and whimsy to each piece.

Restoring classic frocks and bringing them back to life!

Originally, this was a 1950's dress. Because of the condition of the original skirt part of it, I redesigned it, by making it into a peplum. The rest was a pure inspiration that developed into this tulip dress. Using flowers from the 1920s. For the editorial shoot, I styled it with a 1950s lavender tulle skirt to give it a more whimsical look.

I love the way Artemis interprets the romantic yet edgy character of my dress. If bright, bold colors characterize one half of my style, this whimsical, lacy design shows off my other side! One of my favorite parts of this piece is the butterfly accent I fashioned out of peacock feathers and Swarovski crystals. The perfect opportunity to rock a slick purple pout.
